Starting in 1945 Loupot began experimenting with geometric stylization of the two waiters, and continuous transformation of typography. Over the years he gradually moved towards more and more abstracted images. The colors and typography eventually became so recognizable to the French public that Loupot could play endlessly with them, constantly changing the shape and layout. This particular poster is a brilliant example of how Loupot experimented with letters and colors.
