Condition B+: foxing in text; creases in margins and image; minor restoration along vertical fold; repaired pin holes at corners and edges. Matted and framed. A kayaker's view of the Brighton Pier and the Palace at the far end. It is an unusual point-of-view in that the water takes up half of the image and the sky the other half, while all of the detailed buildings along the shore are depicted only in the distance.
