According to Lucinda Gedeon, this print was commissioned by Die Junge Welt, a periodical published in Berlin. An unrecorded number of artist's proofs were pulled in the U.S. before the plate was sent to Germany, with some printed in black and others in brown. This is the last etching by White recorded in a signed edition. Gedeon Ec12.
