Buek: 'The Flamingo and Girl will be ready Thursday AM. I am going out of town Friday at 3, but will be back Monday.' Illustrated with a small ink drawing, showing a seated polar bear dabbing at an easel. 1 page, 8vo, with integral blank; slight toning at edges, horizontal fold. The photograph, a cabinet card bust portrait by Pach Brothers, showing him looking into the camera.
