The issues are originally from the Collection of Stieglitz's brother, Julius Stieglitz (1867-1937), a noted Chicago chemist and esteemed long-term faculty member at the University of Chicago. They were acquired from Hanzel Gallery, Chicago, Illinois in the late 1960s-early 1970s.
