Additional Details

Chaper reportedly formed the greatest collection of works related to the Southeastern French province of Dauphiné, and its capital, Grenoble. The collection itself was dispersed in the 1940s. Each of these pamphlets was originally printed in small quantities (between 50 and 225 copies). The sammelband was presumably assembled by one of Chaper's admirers or perhaps a contributor.
