Plus two by another artist. Together, 5 illustrations later engraved by Delignon for Idylles de Théocrite Book VII (Paris, 1788). Original watercolor, wash, and ink on paper. Generally 83x58 mm; 3 1/4x2 1/4 inches, images, tipped to 10x8 1/2-inch window mattes. Three signed "Chaudet" but two unsigned and in a slightly different style and ink, likely by another artist.
