Silkscreen. Paper. In 1962 Dennis Wheeler began working at Life Magazine, and a year later began creating these ads embodying the recognizable Life logo in dramatic graphic forms. Wheeler's images garnered many prestigious awards, including the 31st Annual Outdoor Exhibit, sponsored by the Art Director's Club of Chicago, in 1963.
