The Salon Pisko, also known as Galerie Gustav Pisko, was an art gallery in Vienna, operated by the Jewish art dealer Gustav Pisko. At the fin-de-siècle, it was one of the most important Viennese venues for modern art. While this appears to be a never-before-seen relic of a Pisko exhibit, we do know that Max (Mopp) Oppenheimer showed his work at the gallery in 1908, 1913 and 1920; his painting The Flagellation was featured at Pisko Salon in 1913, then at Thannhauser Gallery in Munich, noted as the most expensive work in the exhibition.
