A right-wing French attack against de Gaulle and his failed attempt with Winston Churchill and the British navy to seize Dakar. The image of Churchill and a stereotypically-depicted Jewish man, fishing with a lure fashioned in the likeness of Charles de Gaulle, is confronted by a French sailor chastising them, "with this you will not catch anything."
