DESIGNER UNKNOWN BERMUDA -- WEST INDIES / CANADIAN NATIONAL STEAMSHIPS. Circa 1935. 37 1/2x24 inches. Condition B+: restored loss in bottom margin; repaired tear through bottom margin into image; restoration along right edge. Changing its name in 1925 from the Grand Trunk Pacific Coast Steamship Company, the Canadian National Steamship Company operated sailings between Canada, Bermuda and the West Indies, as well as between Vancouver and Alaska. This a very rare poster and also quite an early one for the island, as the majority of posters advertising travel to Bermuda were produced by the Furness Cruise Line in the 1950s.
