Condition B / B+: restored losses, restoration and overpainting along vertical and horizontal folds; repaired tears at edges. This poster was issued the same year as the two in the previous lot. It is archetypal of new typography and shows how quickly things could change artistically, as well as portending the further development of the Bauhaus. It is a dynamic avant-garde masterpiece of typography and layout, in which the names of the actors are presented (sans serif), within the contours of the design and do not clutter the layout.
