"Hunting in Canada became a growing attraction as advertisers working for Canadian Pacific encouraged sportsmen, in explicit ads, to come and shoot anything that ran or flew. Images of the game they could hunt appeared in bright colors on series of posters" (Canadian Pacific p. 226).
