Many U.S. companies began creating propaganda during the Second World War in order to help convert their employees from simply workers into "production soldiers on the industrial front line of war" (Design for Victory p. 66). Those images include the iconic "Rosie the Rivetter." General Electric used a ghoulish image of the results of a German victory to help spur on employee productivity and energize the home front into backing the war effort. This is the larger format.
