DESIGNER UNKNOWN WHITE STAR LINE / RED STAR LINE / WINTER CRUISES DE LUXE. Circa 1930. 33x22 3/4 inches, 83 3/4x57 3/4 cm. Condition B / B+: overpainting and restoration in text at top and upper corners; repaired tears and restoration in image. The Majestic became part of the White Star fleet in 1922 as part of Germany's war reparations (the vessel originally sailed as the Bismarck for Hapag). She was the largest ship in the world until 1935 when the French Line put the Normandie into service. She was decommissioned in 1936.
