Group of 20 photographs relating to the Women's Strike for Peace Movement, with women and children protesting the Vietnam War and nuclear testing.
Includes a photograph of co-founder Congresswoman Bella Abzug demonstrating at the White House, Gloria Steinem, scenes of rallies and protests against Nixon, and a 10th anniversary celebration at the United Nations. Silver prints, the images measuring 7x7 1/2 to 8x5 1/2 inches (17.8x19.1 to 20.3x14 cm.), and the reverse, most with Marder's hand stamp and many with engravers' notations on verso. 1972-79

For several years Marder (1926-2007) took photographs at WSP demonstrations. Her images were reproduced in its publications and exhibited at Swarthmore College.
