Etching and aquatint on cream wove paper, circa 1939-40. 165x125 mm; 6 1/2x4 7/8 inches, wide margins. Only 5 other known impressions. Published by the Federal Art Project, WPA, Philadelphia, recorded in the National Archives and Records Administration, Washington D.C. A very good impression of this scarce print.

This is one of only 5 prints selected by Carl Zigrosser, print curator of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, to be purchased from the local branch of the WPA in 1941. The print shows a Philadelphia street scene in front of row houses. See Ittmann p. 25 and 27.
