First edition, stated fourth printing, quarto, boldly signed by Dali in blue ink on the half-title; illustrated with 3 full-page color illustrations, 8 double-sided black-and-white photogravure plates, and numerous text illustrations throughout; bound in black cloth with pictorial printed spine label and printed illustration mounted to front board (lacking dust jacket; area of waving from damp to upper margin throughout; rubbed with some fraying at extremities, especially at spine ends, corners exposed, endpapers with some small stains, some chips to paper labels); 10 x 7 3/8 in.
