Provides details of several June 1961 presentation meetings by Ryan to NASA officials on the progress of the Flex Wing Landing System. This system was a bold and somewhat radical test program to provide an earth landing system for the Mercury spacecraft. Includes extensive charts and diagrams of the triangular shaped "Flex Wing" with attachment mechanisms to the spacecraft. Approximately 9x11 inches and 65 pages, in a green/gray Ryan prong binder.
