Additional Details

"I think now I have 3 children who know the value of money. I didn't know about my daughter, but since you have had some expensive lessons, you will be ok. I will arrange the loan & pay the note, see John Miller & tell him that I want the note paid so will get the stock back. Does this make you clear owner of the house. I will also give you some cement bonds which now pay interest regularly & this will enhance your income. But please do not let your wants always go ahead of income. . . . If you are short of ready money Tom will loan you some on your phone stock when note is paid."
