Eggleston designed a series of posters for the Pennsylvania Railroad all featuring beautiful, elegant women. At least three of them promote travel to Atlantic City. The others advertise the New Jersey seaside city as America's "All Year Resort." This one is the most detailed and near photo-like, showing many of the buildings along the boardwalk as well as the activity on the beach.
