Condition B+: replaced upper left corner; restoration at edges; creases in margins and image. One of two posters Kauffer designed in 1924 for Eno's Fruit Salt, each featuring a rooster, which was "one of Kauffer's most widely seen inventions" (Kauffer p. 37). They are among the last of his light, colorful Art Deco period, although variations of this rooster appeared throughout the 1920s in ads for the company. Kauffer 80, MoMA 382.1939.
