Feiffer commentary: More than any other cartoonists that I knew, Sorel, Levine were the two guys who I felt we were the Three Musketeers. Our politics was by nature left wing radicalism. We saw things from that kind of perspective. We also read a lot so we were literary and we liked the same things culturally, and we were New Yorkers. So, we had a commonality of interest. And although our work was very different from each other, we all identified with each other.
