This bronze statue is an award given annually by The Links, Inc. to the co-founder awardees at their annual national assembly. The Links count among their honorable members such great and influential leaders as former Vice President Kamala Harris, Condoleezza Rice, Rosa Parks, Leontyne Price and Marian Anderson. This bronze female figure was commissioned from the artist specifically for this award.
