Order, 1965 . . . and Section 42 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1967, and was ordered to pay a fine of four pounds . . . . We in consideration of some circumstances humbly represented unto Us, are Graciously pleased to extend Our Grace and Mercy unto . . . Hasell . . . . and to pardon and remit unto him the fine imposed upon him . . . ."
