Emil Orlik was a painter who was also active in many different fields of decorative arts, including theatrical design, posters and printmaking. A member of the Vienna Secession, he worked both in Vienna and Prague, but also traveled extensively throughout Japan, the Far East and the Middle East. This typographic announcement is for an exhibition in Prague's Rudolfinum of works produced by the German Bohemian Artist's Association, of which Orlik was a member. DFP-III 2485.
