An advertisement for coffee offering an expansive, graphic, bird's-eye view of Vienna. The expansive "Café Society" is seen from the North, overlooking Leopoldsberg and the Baroque Leopoldkirche. Franke was an Austrian poster and commercial designer. In 1927 he was co-founder (and first vice-president) of the Bund Österreichischer Gebrauchsgraphiker, with Joseph Binder, Leo Pernitsch and others.
