Evanion is one act of several. This was an open air benefit program to help the West of London Hospital and was sponsored by the Dowager Lady Granville. Evanion didn't make much of a mark as a magician but he is well remembered for his enormous collection of magical playbills which were sold off at various times to the British Museum, Harry Houdini, and Kornmann.
