An exceptional photomontage image, reminiscent of the work of A. M. Cassandre and Satomi. Advertising Air Afrique's North Africa route, the silhouette is of a Bloch 220, which the airline first began using in 1938. There is no relationship to present day Air Afrique. This earlier company operated routes through French West and Central Africa to Madagascar before World War II. This is the smaller format.
