The text was first published in Mémoires de la Société d'archéologie Lorraine between 1856-58 then collected in this volume, without a normal title-page by Lepage. The first chapter includes Pierre Mariette's suggested prices for many of Sylvestre's plates. The remaining section, "Disposition" is a brief introduction to the catalogue and contains 374 entries, many describing series of several prints. Scarce.
