Folio, 275x201 mm, remboîtage of later limp vellum; contents toned and brittle, lightly dampwrinkled with marginal dampstaining at beginning and end, contemporary inscriptions on title and scattered underscoring and marginalia, wormhole through blank outer margin of approximately the first 30 leaves, paper crack in o1 not affecting text, last leaf reinforced in outer margin on verso.
