One of the most prominent female artists working in the poster field at the turn-of-the century, Lundborg's work was prized by her contemporaries. Scotson-Clark writes in The Poster in November 1900 that Lundborg "deserves all praise . . . A complete set of the Lark advertisements is a very desirable possession."
