Below the flag is mounted an ASTP 4-inch beta emblem surrounded by 4 crew member signatures. On the left side, a Robert McCall illustration of the moment prior to docking of the Apollo and Soyuz spacecrafts. The flag has two splits along the upper white bars and the star area.
