FLOWN Apollo 11 Final Flight Plan. A single sheet approximately 8x10.5 inches, being pages 3-89 and 3-90 from the flight plan flown on the mission. Page 3-89 covers mission time from 123 to 124 hours as the LM crew prepares to leave the lunar surface. Page 3-89 has each crew member preparing for the lunar lift-off. Michael Collins in the CSM purges the fuel cells and sets up a 16-mm camera to record the docking. Camera notes of: "EL/250/CEX-BRKT" and INT (f8,250,INF) have been added in the CMP column. The LM crew does similar camera functions and verifies the angles and settings for the Abort Guidance System (AGS).
