Additional Details

A Typed Letter Signed by Aldrin reads in part: "Both sides of this sheet list in a dual column format our computer VERB numbers and a short description of the verb function. This sheet provided Neil Armstrong and myself a quick look reference guide on the proper VERB commands to enter into our LM computer. The complete dictionary was a vital document to the success of our mission. It not only provided definitions of computer codes, but contained detailed information on steps required to operate flight equipment associated with the first lunar landing." The sheet has been inscribed and signed on PGNS-3 with: "Carried in EAGLE to the lunar surface on Apollo XI, Buzz Aldrin." With a Typed Letter Signed by Aldrin.
