FLOWN TO THE LUNAR SURFACE FLOWN Apollo 11 LM Lunar Surface Checklist. A single sheet approximately 5.5x8 inches, being pages 54 and 55 from the checklist. The page lists step by step procedures that Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin used while inside the LM to prepare the primary and abort guidance systems, the rendezvous radar, computer commands to enable lunar liftoff.
