The schematic has a note written in red ink by Haise prior to the Apollo 13 launch of: "H20 Rates (LM-5) 4.74 -> 6.24 PPH (Pounds Per Hour)." These were values from his days as the Apollo 11 LM-5 Back-up LMP and recorded for his reference for use on Apollo 13. During the actual Apollo 13 mission, Haise did a quick calculation of 333+85+12=430/5=86 in black ink on the far left side of this sheet. Those numbers defined the total water remaining in both the LM descent stage, ascent stage, and other available sources, which totaled to 430 pounds. Dividing by the approximate water usage rate of 5 pounds per hour gave the time remaining to water depletion at 86 hours.
