Boldly signed by the Apollo X crew: Tom Stafford, John Young, and Gene Cernan prior to the Apollo X mission. Additionally inscribed and signed by Cernan with: "Flown to the Moon on Apollo X, Eugene Cernan" along the bottom edge of the page. With a Typed Letter Signed by Cernan.
