FLOWN Apollo XI CSM Updates page. P30 (computer Program 30) maneuver card with a top tab marker labeled "P30 Updates". Single sheet approximately 5.5x8 inches, laid out in a column and grid format to enable the crew to record critical data to perform spacecraft engine burns. The page has data recorded for the MCC (Mid Course Correction) number 2 burn. The front of the card has over 30 data entries made by Buzz Aldrin. These include the purpose - "MCC2", prop(ulsion)/guid(ance) - "SPS/GI", the actual time for the burn in hhh mm ss.ss - "026 44 57.92", BT (burn time) of "0:03" or 3 seconds, and stars to use for navigation "Vega" and "Deneb". The reverse side of the card has the same format with "Fly By" data entered by Aldrin. Again over 30 entries by Aldrin including "Docked PTC Ref", three alignment angles of "007, 144, 068", and spacecraft weight of "62815" pounds. NASA/MSC, 10 July 1969, Rev. B.

Signed and inscribed by Aldrin on the MCC 2 page with: "Flown to the Moon on Apollo XI, Buzz Aldrin". With a Typed Letter Signed by Aldrin and a photo-copy of the document cover still in the Aldrin Collection which reads: "Apollo 11, CSM Updates, Part No SKB32100080-330, S/N 1001."
