FLOWN Descent Cue Card with Lunar Dust. A dual column cue card that lists the LM altitude (H) and planned change in altitude (HDOT) during the descent profile for the fifth lunar landing. Approximately 1.5x4 inches with a velcro attachment. NASA/MSC, 1971-72

Additional Details

This cue card allowed a quick comparison to data displayed by LM instruments during the landing sequence. At an altitude of 7,000 feet the descent rate was expected to be 176 feet per second. The reverse side of the card has a one inch strip of velcro. Around the adhesive edges of this strip, a dark line of lunar dust can clearly be seen. A Typed Letter Signed by Charles Duke allows this cue card to be displayed between paragraphs.
