The photograph was tri-hole punched and included in one of the Flight Data File flown documents for the STS-6 mission by mission support personnel. The gag and "gotcha" tradition started during the Mercury Program was still was alive and well during early Space Shuttle missions. Inscribed and signed on the lower edge of the photograph with: "Carried on STS-6 in our FDF, Paul Weitz, CDR."
