FLOWN Gemini V gold plated sterling silver medallion. Circular medallion featuring the mission emblem of a covered wagon with the wording "8 days or bust". 1 inch medallion mounted with a Typed Letter Signed by Gordon Cooper. The card describes the Gemini 5 flight and states that the medallion is from his personal collection. Engraved on the medallion back is "August 21-29, 1965", the mission dates. Displayed in an approx. 8x8 inch matted metal frame. Included is the original "Fliteline" plastic presentation box.
