FLOWN LM Activation Checklist. A single sheet approximately 5.5x8 inches, being pages 62 and 63 from the checklist. Page 62 has the PREP FOR UNDOCKING steps. Switch configurations for the event timer, guidance mode, and radar mode are listed. Page 63 lists several attitude control steps plus the mounting of the 16-mm sequence camera at the LMP window. Armstrong and Aldrin put on their space suit helmets and gloves during this critical first step to the lunar landing. The undocking occurred on the far side of the Moon, out of radio contact with Houston. During the undocking preps, Neil Armstrong inscribed on page 63: "V48, 21102, PRO. V34E, Go to Descent." These notes were commands for setting up the computer for the landing sequence. Inscribed and signed by Buzz Aldrin on page ACT-62 with: "Flown to the lunar surface on Apollo XI, Buzz Aldrin." With a Typed Letter Signed by Buzz Aldrin.
