FLOWN PREP / POST EVA 1 Cue Cards with Lunar Dust. A pair of cards, each 8.5x10 inches, with a three-column set of procedures listed on each of the four sides. The top of the first card has a punch-hole tab with a tape hinge which allowed the cards to be mounted on the LM control panel. Both cards were attached with tape along the lower edge of card one and the upper edge of card two. That tape adhesive has long lost its ability to hold the cards together. It has turned yellow with age but is completely intact as originally placed on the card. Areas on each card show smudges from contact with lunar dust as well as along the lines of the dried tape adhesive. NASA/MSC, 1972

Additional Details

Perhaps largest LM cue card set ever to be offered at public auction. The first side of Card 1 begins with 29 steps for Equipment Prep EVA 1. Next, the PLSS Donning procedure has 25 steps followed by a PLSS communications check with over 25 steps. This side has eight items checked-off and four items crossed-out while the crew was in the LM on the Moon.
