FLOWN STS 61 Hubble Patch. A 4-inch cloth patch designed for the first Hubble Space Telescope Servicing Mission. With a photocopy of a Typed Letter Signed from the Johnson Space Center stating transfer of these patches to the Goddard Space Flight Center.
