The flag has been inscribed and signed: "This flag flown to the lunar surface aboard Orion, Charlie Duke, Apollo XVI." Included is a 8 Jan 2000 Typed Letter Signed by Duke on his personal letterhead providing additional flight information and color images of Duke actually signing this flag. Additionally a 10x12 inch NASA/MSC certificate (with one fold) signed by Duke and an 8x10 inch NASA color lithograph of Duke on the Moon inscribed and signed: "A salute from Apollo 16, Charlie Duke."
