Divided into 6 sections including an update forms section that defines terms and uses of other documents needed for the mission including the LM Data Card Book, CSM Updates, and CSM Rendezvous Rescue. Most pages describe the detailed mission timeline that cover activities in an hour per page format for the first lunar landing. Other sections include a general overview, detailed test objectives, and a consumable list. 8x10 inches. NASA/MSC, 1 July 1969.

Signed by Aldrin on the cover and signed and inscribed again by Aldrin on page 3-80, the time Aldrin was scheduled to descend to the surface with: "Magnificent Desolation, Buzz Aldrin". These were Aldrin's first words after stepping onto the lunar surface.
