First Day Issue (FDI) Presidential Commemoratives. A set of three sheets, the first two having a machine FDI cancel dated 6 Aug. 1970 of the six cent Eisenhower stamp. Subjects are the D-Day address by Eisenhower to the Allied Expeditionary Force and "Prayers from the Inaugural Addresses of Dwight D. Eisenhower." The third sheet is a color lithograph of President Johnson receiving a signed "Earth Rise" photograph from the Apollo 8 crew.
