Condition B+: repaired tears, creases and abrasions in margins and along vertical and horizontal folds; lower right margin trimmed; ink stamps and minor offsetting in image. Four-sheets, and two text banner sheets at bottom. Mounted on paper.

This short-lived political magazine was founded in 1910 and went out of print in 1911. It is said to have been one of the progenitors of facism in Italy.
