This edition was published to commemorate Richter's solo exhibition at the Kunstmuseum Bonn in 2004. According to Butin, Haut II (Skin II), "Is based on Carsten Nicolai's photographic work milch, 75 hz, 2000, but was greatly modified by Richter." Butin 127.
